I spent a decade at Apple, including during the Steve Jobs era, working under VPs on launches of the first iPhone and Latin American expansion, managing Strategic Operations and e-commerce fulfillment in Brasil, Canada, Colombia, and Mexico — as the company transformed from near-bankruptcy to global influence.
This taught me how technological shifts reshape our world faster than we can sometimes adapt. The patterns I observed during those years, how organizations scale, how new technologies create unexpected dependencies, how global systems reorganize around information flows and procurement of physical materials, continue to inform how I read change today.
