Nice to meet you. I’m a futurist and scenarioist. My work is largely organized around the future of global flows: the movement of people, goods, data, and capital.
I bridge technical, creative, and human dimensions to address inquiries that cross boundaries. My expertise spans from executing international strategic technology operations programs, including the first iPhone launch, to facilitating U.S.-Mexico cross-border initiatives, cultural production, and humanitarian leadership programs in fragile states.
I author alternative futures scenarios. Supervisions are a library of scenarios built by collecting, analyzing, and interpreting signals of change. Superscans are original horizon scanning reports that interpret early signals of change and cross-sector patterns.
My approach integrates analytical precision with creative inquiry, built on formal training in leadership (Royal Roads University), foresight (University of Houston), invention and innovation (Massachusetts Institute of Technology), with foundations in art, media, and design (Alberta University of the Arts, Banff Centre for Arts and Creativity, Accademia Italiana).
I’m increasingly focused on space and maritime futures: areas that require wise approaches for technological and human systems in extreme or overlooked environments.
My creative work experiments with scent, light, simulations, and the sacred.
